A Thamesiders branch line standard module by Patrick Grace
This module is HO scale and represents a fictional branch line station in the Canadian prairies operated jointly by Canadian National and Canadian Pacific.
The module is a fictional prairie town in Canada and has all the typical features of a small prairie station, with a depot, team track, maintenance of way siding and three grain elevators with associated ancillary facilities.
The layout can be operated to represent three different time periods:
- The 1950’s with CN steam and early diesels hauling the trains and CP providing the coaching stock for the local train.
- The 1970’s with CN and CP diesels operating freights with passenger service provided by CP RDC cars.
- The 2000’s with CP operating freight trains
